SUCURI MONTHLY FOLLOWER SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. OPEN ONLY TO U.S. RESIDENTS 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

1. Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes will be held on a monthly basis from July 2019 to December 2019, with individual sweepstakes beginning on the first day of each month and running to the end of the month (“Promotion Period”).
2. Sponsor: GoDaddy Media Temple Inc. dba Sucuri (“Sucuri”), 6060 Center Dr. Suite 500, Los Angeles, CA 90045.
3. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States including the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico), who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sucuri and their respective related companies and agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each are not eligible to enter. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules and Sucuri’s decisions, which are final. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as set forth in these Official Rules.
4. How to Enter: To participate in Sucuri’s monthly follower sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), you (“Entrant”) must be a follower of SucuriSecurity on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram, and respond to a post tagged with #SucuriAsks published between the first and last day of the month (“Content”).
5. Winner Determination: Prize winners will be randomly selected by Sucuri. ALL POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRIES ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL.

6. Prizes: One (1) Prize will be awarded: One (1) winner will receive a credit of $100 toward Sucuri purchase (“Product”), to be provided as a one-time discount code or a credit applied to an existing account. At the end of the one (1) year subscription, each winner may renew the subscription at the then current renewal price rate for the Product. Limit one (1) prize per person. No prize substitutions, cash equivalent, or transfer of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Odds of winning a prize are based on the number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received across all three social media platforms during the Promotion Period. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, including without limitation any applicable income taxes on prizes and for any other expenses relating to the use of prizes. Prize drawings will occur on or around the first week of the following month and winners will be contacted via the social platform they used to submit Content.
7. General Rules: Entrants agree that if they are the Prize winner of the Sweepstakes they are required to sign a W-9 form and a Sucuri “Winner Release Form” and which includes but is not limited to the following; (i) confirming eligibility requirements; (ii) authorizing use of name, likeness, voice, hometown, etc. on Sucuri’s website and other media outlets and in any and all publicity, promotion, or advertising, and (iii) waiving any and all claims, causes of action, lawsuits or demands of any nature whatsoever, known or unknown, including without limitation personal injury, damages or other claims, loss or damages, that could possibly be asserted against Sucuri’s or it employees, agents, officers, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns, arising in any way in connection with the Sweepstakes, announcement of the Prize winner, or the Prize that was awarded. Furthermore, Entrants must attest that any Content or any other information submitted are candid, true, up to date and belong to the Entrant. Any Content Entrant submits may be used by Sucuri in accordance with its privacy policy. Sucuri may share all Content for any purpose including but not limited to publishing Content across other media for promotional or marketing purposes, communicating with Entrants directly to fulfill requests, contacting Entrants about products and services that may be of interest, improving Sucuri products and services, and complying with legal obligations, in accordance with our policies. Entrants may not submit, share, post or transmit any Content or other information which violates or infringes the rights of others, including without limitation any material that (a) may be abusive, indecent, threatening, obscene, harassing, violent, defamatory, libelous, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable; (b) encourages or otherwise promotes conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability; (c) contains a computer virus, Trojan horse, time bomb or other malicious code of any kind which is designed or otherwise intended to interfere or otherwise limit the computer network functionality of another or compromise the Campaign (d) violates any privacy, intellectual property or proprietary right of another; (e) is unlawful or (f) is an advertisement or solicitations of business.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF SUCURI, WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO CLAIM AMBIGUITY IN THE RULES, AND RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS GO DADDY AND ITS PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, MEMBERS AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, “RELEASEES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, DAMAGES, CLAIMS, ACTIONS, OR ANY LIABILITY OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM OR ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, MISUSE, OR NONUSE OF THE PRIZE THAT MAY BE AWARDED.
9. Additional Terms and Conditions: Entrants agree that any and all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Releases are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes related materials; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access any web site associated with this Sweepstakes.
